Kurz gesagt
Daily+ is a wellness app, not a medical device. Everything it computes or suggests is general information about your own logs — it does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and it must not be used in place of professional care.
Auf dieser Seite
1. Daily+ is not a medical device
Daily+ is intended for general wellness, fitness and nutrition tracking. It has no medical purpose within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) and is not CE-marked, FDA-cleared, or registered as a medical device anywhere.
It does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, predict, treat or alleviate any disease, injury or disability. It does not provide clinical decision support and it is not intended for use by healthcare professionals in the care of a patient.
2. Not medical or professional advice
Targets, recommendations, trends, correlations and reminders in Daily+ are derived from data you entered or permitted us to read. They are informational and general. They do not take account of your medical history, medication, pregnancy, injuries, allergies or any condition you have.
Always consult a qualified professional — a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist or trainer as appropriate — before changing your diet, exercise, fasting pattern, supplement use or health routine, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are recovering from injury, or are under a professional’s care.
Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something Daily+ showed you.
3. In an emergency
Daily+ does not monitor you and cannot detect an emergency. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to an emergency department. Do not use the app to seek help.
4. About the calculations
Energy expenditure, macronutrient targets, one-rep-max estimates, training progression and similar figures are estimates produced by published population formulas applied to the numbers you entered. Population formulas do not describe individuals precisely, and their error can be substantial.
Nutrition figures depend on the accuracy of the food databases and of what you logged, including portion sizes. Data read from Apple Health or Health Connect is only as accurate as the device or app that produced it.
Treat every number in Daily+ as an estimate to steer by, not a measurement to rely on.
5. AI features
AI features generate text and estimates from a language model. They can be confidently wrong, they can misidentify food in a photo, and they must never be treated as a clinical opinion. They are labelled as AI-generated in the app. See the AI Transparency notice.
6. Disordered eating and body image
Calorie, weight and body-composition tracking can be harmful for people with, or recovering from, an eating disorder. Daily+ is not designed for that context and should not be used as part of recovery except on the advice of your treatment team.
You can hide calorie targets, weight and body measurements in the app’s settings. If tracking is making things worse, stopping is a reasonable decision, and speaking to a professional is a better one.
7. Your responsibility
You use Daily+ and any information it provides at your own risk and are responsible for decisions you make about your health. To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for any consequence of relying on information in the app; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If something in Daily+ looks medically wrong or unsafe, please tell us at support@dailyplus.app — we treat that as a priority report.
