Local-first life OS

Your whole life, in one database. On your device.

Daily+ puts five pillars — Today, Body, Train, Life and Social — over a single local database. It works fully offline, it works without an account, and nothing leaves your phone unless you decide it should.

Daily+ has not been released yet. There is no download link to give you and we would rather say so than link somewhere that is not the app.

Daily+ is not released yet

The app is in pre-release. This site exists so the legal, support and account-deletion pages the app stores require are live and honest before the first submission — not so we can promise you a download that does not exist.

Five pillars, one data model

Most apps own one of these. Daily+ owns all five in the same schema, which is the only reason it can say anything useful about how they affect each other.

The day, on one screen

Today

What is due, what you have logged, what is next. A single hub that pulls from every other pillar instead of making you visit five tabs to find out how the day is going.

  • Focus rows
  • Quick logging
  • Day summary
  • An editable dashboard

Food, water, weight, sleep

Body

Nutrition with barcode lookup, a bundled ingredient library, custom foods, recipes, meal presets and a planner. Hydration, body weight and measurements, sleep that survives midnight, supplements, fasting windows and progress photos.

  • Barcode scanning
  • Recipes and meal presets
  • Micronutrient tracking
  • Overnight-safe sleep logging

Templates, sessions, progression

Train

Build a template, run a live session with a rest timer, record weight, reps and RPE per set. Personal records and estimated one-rep-max are computed, not typed. Backed by a bundled exercise library rather than a stub list.

  • Workout templates
  • Live sessions with rest timers
  • Computed PRs and e1RM
  • A bundled exercise library

The rest of running a household

Life

Recurring chores that handle overdue correctly, shopping lists, a pantry that knows what is about to expire, home maintenance with starter packs, pets and vet events, plants and watering, and documents with expiry.

  • Chores with recurrence
  • Pantry and shopping
  • Pets and plants
  • Documents

Households, not an audience

Social

Share what you choose with a household. A feed, challenges with computed progress, and friends. Three visibility circles — Private, Home, Public — with the default under your control.

  • Households
  • Challenges
  • Feed and friends
  • Per-item visibility

The point of one database

Because training, food, sleep and chores are rows in the same schema, Daily+ can compare them. That is the thing an app that owns only one pillar structurally cannot do.

  • How your sleep the night before tracks with the training you actually completed.
  • What your energy needs look like in the weeks you are also doing the most around the house.
  • Which of the things in your pantry to cook before they expire.

These are correlations in your own data, shown to you. They are not medical advice and Daily+ does not pretend they are.

How it is built

Local-first, sync later

The database is on your device. The app is fully usable offline and without an account. An account adds sync and sharing — it never gates a core feature.

Smart defaults over configuration

Macro splits, chore frequencies, warm-up weights, care schedules: you get a sensible starting value with an explanation, and you can change every one of them.

Deterministic before AI

If a recommendation can be a pure, tested function, it is one. Language models are used only where the input is genuinely fuzzy — a photo of a plate, a recipe on a web page.

Content in the binary

Exercise, ingredient and care datasets ship inside the app under clean licences, so day one offline is rich rather than empty.

Trustworthy by construction

Health data is special-category data. Privacy, security and honest terms are treated as product work, and every guidance surface carries a plain "not medical advice" note.

Apple Health and Health Connect

With your permission Daily+ reads workouts, weight, sleep, nutrition, hydration and vitals from Apple Health or Health Connect, and writes back what you log in the app so the two stay in step. You choose the categories, and revoking the permission in your device settings stops both directions immediately.

AI, kept in its place

Four optional AI features — an assistant, photo-to-food, recipe import and a weekly review — run server-side and are part of Premium. They are off until you turn them on, they tell you which provider will receive your request, and nothing you send is used to train a model.

What we actually do with your data

No analytics SDK. The free plan shows ads from Google AdMob; Premium removes them entirely. Ads are personalized only if you give consent, and cross-app tracking never happens without it. Your logs live on your device and stay there unless you create an account, join a household, or use an AI feature — each of which is a separate decision you make.
